We still receive questions about the delivery time, although we were supposed (so we thought) to be established as the most reliable -and the fastest- source for a freshly built Rotrex kit. Indeed, having hundreds of satisfied customers since 2005, does not necessarily mean that “we all know rotrexshop is the best” 🙂

Thus, it has been almost one year since our last post with Delivery Time Stats, and it is time to get a fresh sample. This time, we will show both our part of the processing, and the carrier for a Rotrex Kit delivery. Here is it is.

Our part of processing: Order came in on Saturday, October 1, 2022. On Monday, 03 October 2022, we have finished everything, and DHL has been notified to pickup the ready package from the production line in Denmark. This can be seen on the first image.

Delivery to Europe: Pickup from the production line in Denmark on 21 September 2022, shows delivery of a Rotrex kit the next day, 22 September 2022 in Poland. Next day after pickup is the fastest example. This can be seen on the second image. This is usually the case for Europe, although sometimes it can take 2 days from pickup to delivery.

Delivery to USA: Pickup from the production line in Denmark on 01 September 2022, shows delivery of a Rotrex kit 5 days later, 06 September 2022 in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Typically, 3 to 5 days from pickup to delivery, should be expected for USA. This can be seen on the third image.

Delivery to Australia: The fourth image shows a recent pickup and delivery to Australia that took 8 days.

To sum up, you should expect an average of 1-2 days for order processing, and 1-5 days for delivery in Europe, USA, Africa and the Middle East. The Far East and Australia can take up to 8 days, depending on weather condition -the weather has been the main reason for delays.
